At Erskine, we work as a dedicated team to ensure that Veterans of all ages are cared for to the highest of standards in a beautiful, fun-filled environment, made up of two care homes and a Veterans Village of cottages, activities centre and apartments.

The Role

The post-holder will have continuing responsibility for supporting the provision of a high quality catering service to residents, staff and visitors in Erskine at all times. Working as part of a team, duties will include:

  • Cleaning of kitchen, kitchen equipment (use of industrial pot wash machine) and dining areas.
  • Unloading and putting away stock.
  • Serving food, beverages and on occasion the preparation of basic food.
