We are seeking an experienced Head of Facilities Management to lead the strategic and operational management of our diverse property portfolio, including care homes, the Veterans Village, supported accommodation and community facilities across Scotland.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and delivery of Erskine's estates and facilities strategy, ensuring our buildings remain safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for the future. You will oversee maintenance and capital investment programmes, drive improvements in performance and value, and play a key role in supporting the organisation's future growth, including the development of new Veteran Activity Centres.

We are looking for a commercially minded facilities management leader with experience of managing complex, multi-site estates. You will have a strong track record in compliance, health and safety, contractor management, asset planning and budget leadership, alongside the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

Based at Erskine Veterans Village in Bishopton, the role will involve travel to services across Scotland as required and operates within Erskine's hybrid working model, with the successful candidate expected to spend approximately 50% of their time on site.
