Erskine Edinburgh Home is seeking a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN to join our 24/7 care team.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure excellent standards of care for residents with complex needs, including dementia, in a supportive environment.
You will administer medications, review care plans, and provide clinical guidance while ensuring residents' physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Shifts are 12.5 hours, day or night, with weekends and bank holidays included.
