The Role:
The Transport & Support Service Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and operation of the transport and support services across Erskine sites, ensuring compliance with organisational policies, statutory regulations and quality standards.
The post holder will provide day-to-day management and supervision of staff, manage operational activities and support service improvement initiatives.
The role contributes directly to the safety, dignity and wellbeing of residents and service users by ensuring transport, waste management, infection prevention, facilities support and related operational services are delivered consistently and effectively.
The postholder will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders to support a high quality service delivery and the achievement of organisational objectives.
