The post‑holder will have continuing responsibility for supporting the provision of a high quality catering service to residents, staff and visitors in Erskine at all times. Working as part of a team, duties will include:
- Cleaning of the kitchen, kitchen equipment (use of industrial pot wash machine) and dining areas
- Unloading and putting away stock
- Serving food and beverages
- Preparation of basic dishes on occasion
