Our service is provided in a 24/7, 365 days environment. Standard shifts: 12½ hours (including unpaid break), rotational between Day Shift and Night Shift.
- Day Shift: 07:30 – 20:00
- Night Shift: 19:30 – 08:00

The Role: You will be a dynamic leader, manager and clinician who will act as an exemplary role model, providing inspiration and support to a highly skilled team to ensure quality care for our residents. You will have continued responsibility for the assessment, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the monitoring of standards within your House. You will support staff to ensure they meet Erskine’s policies, procedures and standards as well as meeting the appropriate regulatory requirements. You will provide leadership and management to the team, bringing up–to–date skills to the role which is a combination of direct clinical care provision and management of the team. You should have excellent communication skills as you will be required to establish a working partnership with residents, carers, staff and the multidisciplinary team as well as external customers such as the Social Work Department and the Care Inspectorate.
Applicants should be First Level Registered Nurse. You must demonstrate experience at senior level with evidence of supervising a team and continuing professional development. Experience in working in a similar background is desirable for this post.
