We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Executive to join a fast-growing company operating in the Technology recruitment space across the UK market. This is a true hunter role with full sales cycle ownership — from outbound prospecting and relationship building to commercial negotiation and closing high‑value recruitment partnerships. The position focuses on selling recruitment and talent solutions into fast‑growing technology companies, ranging from scale‑ups to enterprise organizations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across the UK Technology market
  • Identify and engage decision‑makers including Founders, HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and Engineering stakeholders
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and solution presentations
  • Develop long‑term client relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with internal delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful client onboarding and growth

Requirements
