About the Company

We represent a top-tier, fast-growing AI startup ($100M+ raised from elite VC and growth investors) building the next-generation AI-native ERP. By automating accounting from data entry to close, the platform modernization serves a wide range of clients—from high-growth startups to publicly traded enterprises. The team is composed of high-agency, exceptional performers across diverse domains.

The Role

A hands-on, high-impact role focused on embedding with customers, shipping production software end-to-end, and translating client-facing patterns back into the core platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Own named customer projects through discovery, design, build, deployment, and verification.

  • Pipelines & Integrations: Build idempotent, resumable, and auditable data migration pipelines using Temporal.

  • Data & Architecture: Model customer accounting data in Postgres, ensure system reconciliation, and construct internal tooling to streamline recurring tasks.

  • Product Feedback Loop: Convert one-off client solutions into permanent, productized platform features.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years shipping production full-stack software independently, including direct customer-facing exposure.

  • Backend: Strong proficiency with Django, DRF, and advanced Postgres (query plan optimization, live data migrations).

  • Frontend: Proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

  • Workflows & APIs: Experience with durable execution frameworks (Temporal preferred, Celery acceptable) alongside third-party APIs, webhooks, rate limiting, and system reconciliation.

  • Mindset: High agency, strong work ethic, and pragmatic judgment balancing rapid scripts vs. long-term systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in accounting, ERP, or fintech domains (double-entry bookkeeping, chart of accounts, close, AP/AR).

  • Prior forward-deployed, applied engineering, or special-projects experience.

Perquisites & Benefits

  • High-trust, high-velocity culture with significant early-stage equity.

  • Comprehensive remote perks (home office, co-working, internet allowance).

  • Learning & development stipend, unlimited AI token usage, and regular European team offsites.

  • Flexible PTO (27 days inclusive of holidays) and future US visa sponsorship opportunities.
