Tender Engineer Location: England Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Remote We’re looking for a Tender Engineer to join our client providing services for the Offshore/Subsea sector. Must have UK Right to Work Responsibilities Production of high-quality tender submissions Liaising with technical teams to ensure the correct approach is advised/ offered to clients. Liaising / negotiating with third party suppliers and vessel brokers. Write proposal documentation with information from relevant departments. Pricing the tender including contacting third party suppliers and vessel brokers to ensure the most commercially competitive proposal is achieved. Collating the tender in full, identifying any deliverables required and coordinating the production accordingly. Hosting / attending Internal and External tender meetings and addressing tender clarifications. Efficient handover from tendering to operations ensuring requirements are captured. Liaising with Commercial/ Tendering Manager to ensure risks are captured and mitigated. Requirements Experience of working with ROV / Diving / Survey tenders.
