The Role
As Online Survey Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day management of survey acquisition operations, leading shift-based teams and ensuring projects are delivered in line with technical, quality, and operational standards. You will act as a key link between technical specialists, project teams, and operational stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and optimal system performance throughout project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate live survey acquisition activities from a Remote Operations Centre.
- Manage and support surveyors and acquisition teams during real-time operations.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with project specifications and QA/QC standards.
- Monitor survey systems and sensor performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Prepare projects for mobilisation, including configuration, validation, and system readiness checks.
