We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor (CSA) to support the civil, structural, and architectural delivery of a large-scale BESS project. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and programme requirements.

This is a long-term opportunity on a major renewable energy infrastructure project with excellent future pipeline potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise all CSA-related activities on site including earthworks, foundations, drainage, ducting, concrete works, and structural installations
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and on schedule
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards, RAMS, and project procedures
  • Monitor quality and workmanship across all civil and structural works
  • Conduct inspections, progress reporting, and daily coordination meetings
  • Work closely with electrical and commissioning teams to support overall project delivery
  • Identify and resolve site issues in a proactive manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience supervising CSA or civils works on infrastructure, energy, or renewable projects
  • Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site coordination
  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • CSCS card
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme delivery
Desirable
  • Previous experience on BESS, solar, substations, or energy infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of cable route, ducting, and utility infrastructure installation
  • Strong QA/QC and HSEQ awareness
