Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid

Data Centres and Energy Centres.

Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects working closely with project delivery teams.
Review and approve contract terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating risks.
Lead contract negotiations including subcontractor agreements, manage claims and variations.
Manage commercial correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
Cost control and Financial reporting.
Stakeholder Management – subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.

Degree in Quantity Surveying
Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background
Experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Knowledge of construction contracts – FIDIC and JCT
