Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects Location: London Contract: Permanent | Full-time Salary: Competitive DOE We\’re supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, with involvement across major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage project costs from start to finish Prepare valuations, cost reports, and payment applications Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts Support with contract administration and change management Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial improvements Requirements: Strong working knowledge of NEC contract options A, B, and C. Demonstrated experience in measurement, cost and value management, and forecasting. Expertise in change management and pricing, with a track record of managing variations effectively. Minimum of 5 years\’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor, including at least 2 years in a senior capacity. Commercially astute with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
