Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure Projects
Location: Leeds, Liverpool
Contract: Permanent | Full-time
Salary: Competitive DOE
We're supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, with involvement across major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costs from start to finish
- Prepare valuations, cost reports, and payment applications
- Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts
- Support with contract administration and change management
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial improvements
Requirements:
- Strong background in shafts and tunnelling
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Minimum 5 years' QS experience, including at least 2 years at Senior level
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standard contract forms
