Senior Quantity Surveyor – M&E

London | Permanent | Tier 2 Subcontractor

We’re hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial ownership of a major infrastructure project. You’ll be working with NEC4 Option C contracts, driving commercial performance from start to final account.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead cost control and forecasting
• Manage NEC4 contract administration
• Oversee subcontractor accounts and change control
• Mentor junior QSs
• Support project delivery through to final account

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years as a Senior QS
• Strong M&E subcontractor background
• NEC3/NEC4 & NR contract experience
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Proactive, detail-focused, commercially astute
