Engineer / Senior Engineer – Infrastructure

We're looking for a driven Engineer / Senior Engineer to join a growing Infrastructure Team in Manchester. You'll be part of a dynamic group working on residential, industrial, and commercial development projects, from feasibility through to construction.
What You'll Do:
✔ Lead the design of multiple infrastructure schemes
✔ Guide and mentor junior engineers
✔ Manage projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders
✔ Produce high-quality drainage, highways, and development infrastructure designs
✔ Secure technical approvals (S104, S38, S278, etc.)
What We're Looking For:
Strong technical knowledge (SSG, Building Regs, DMRB, Ciria C753)
Proficiency in MicroDrainage & AutoCAD (Civils 3D beneficial)
Consultancy experience on development projects
Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively
