The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

You will be instrumental in supporting the tender process and maintaining a group Knowledge Hub. The Bid Coordinator will support the creation of winning tender documents. A high-profile role working across our network of international offices.

Support the planning and coordination of the production and delivery of bids to ensure these are delivered within submission timescales. Ensuring quality of bid responses always achieve top scoring and target win rate. Ensure timely and accurate communication within the company of information relating to production and delivery of bid proposals.

Working with marketing to ensure bid responses and presentations are congruent with brand guidelines. Maintain bid library.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English both written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Some commercial experience preferred, or aptitude to perform well.
  • High levels of editing and writing skills.
  • Able to structure, edit/review and write technical and non-technical content to answer commercial opportunities.

This role is based mostly on site with the option to work 1 day from home upon passing probation.
