Position: Senior Planner – MEICA
Location: Reading, Berkshire / Site Based
Work Pattern: Contract – Hybrid
We're recruiting for a Senior Planner to join a major project delivery team, working within the Project Controls function with a strong focus on MEICA across design, procurement and installation.
Responsibilities
- Produce, manage and update design & construction programmes
- Develop integrated programmes covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning
- Coordinate with design and construction teams across multiple projects and work packages
- Track design deliverables, procurement schedules and supply chain performance
- Manage change events and work with the commercial team
- Produce programme reporting and Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Support QSRA and project risk management
- Manage project interfaces and key delivery milestones
- Mentor and coach Planners and Assistant Planners
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in project planning / programme controls
- Strong MEICA experience across design, procurement and installation
- Proficient in Primavera P6
- Experience with NEC contracts and change management
- Experience working on multi-discipline major projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing
- Experience with EVM, cost and risk analysis
- EPC / ECI experience preferred
- SC Clearance required
