A leading player in the energy infrastructure sector is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in quantity surveying and contract management to support a high-profile offshore energy project.
This is a long-term assignment based in London, focusing on the commercial and contractual delivery of a large-scale HVDC infrastructure package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract performance, cost control, and budget monitoring for major construction packages
- Process contractor payments and manage SAP entries for financial tracking
- Lead on contract change management, variation requests, and claims handling
- Draft and review contractual documentation, including notices, instructions, and determinations
- Support the project with dispute readiness, commercial alignment, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure compliance with contract obligations
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of contract management standards
Must-Have Qualifications:
- RICS certification (mandatory)
- Degree in a commercial, engineering, or equivalent discipline
