Job Description

🚨 URGENT CONTRACT ROLES – QUANTITY SURVEYORS | LONDON 🚨

Data Centres & BESS | 6–12 months

I am urgently seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for major Data Centre and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects based in London.

These are high-profile, technically complex infrastructure programmes at the forefront of the UK’s digital and energy transition, offering strong day rates and long-term contract potential.

The role:

You will take a key commercial delivery position on large-scale projects, providing full commercial management under NEC contracts.

Key requirements:

β€’ QS level (typically 3–5+ years’ experience)

β€’ Strong NEC contract experience essential

β€’ Background in infrastructure, energy, data centres, or complex MEP-heavy projects

β€’ Delivery-focused, commercially astute, and confident operating on major programmes

Details:

β€’ Location: London

β€’ Contract length: 6–12 months

β€’ Rate: Β£400–£500 per day (negotiable)
