Job Title: Project Planner

Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Project Planner to support the delivery of grid upgrade and reinforcement projects across the power transmission network. This role focuses on planning and coordinating works involving HVDC systems, substations, and overhead lines (OHL), ensuring efficient project execution and compliance with grid standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules covering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Integrate multi-discipline inputs (civil, electrical, and commissioning) into a master programme.
• Track progress, identify delays, and implement recovery actions.
• Support forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting using tools such as Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with grid upgrade timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Provide planning input to tenders, resource forecasts, and change assessments.

Skills & Experience

• Proven planning experience in power transmission or grid infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong understanding of HVDC, substation, and OHL project lifecycles.
• Knowledge of EVM, critical path analysis, and project controls principles.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
