The Role

• Lead geotechnical design across all project stages (concept to installation).

• Design offshore foundations (e.g. monopiles, suction caissons).

• Oversee and interpret offshore site investigations and lab testing.

• Conduct installation assessments (driveability, drillability, cyclic loading).

• Use advanced software (e.g. PLAXIS, LS-DYNA).

• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.

• Proven experience in offshore wind geotechnical design.

• Skilled in numerical modelling and foundation design.
