PMO Manager
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a PMO Manager to support the delivery of battery storage projects at various stages, including development, pre-construction and construction.
The role will provide project governance, reporting, programme coordination and project controls support across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PMO processes, governance and reporting.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues and actions.
- Support Project Managers with programme coordination.
- Prepare portfolio reports and senior management updates.
- Maintain project schedules, trackers and dashboards.
- Coordinate stage gates, approvals and project documentation.
- Support change control, risk management and lessons learned.
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants and contractors.
Experience Required
- PMO Manager, PMO Lead or Project Controls experience.
- Renewable energy, BESS, grid, utilities or infrastructure background.
- Strong reporting, governance and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting multiple projects at different stages.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Share Point and project controls tools
