Our client is seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery of major infrastructure and engineering projects.

Location: Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen (Hybrid Working)

Working closely with project teams and contractors, you will be responsible for managing project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring information is accurately controlled, maintained and archived in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain project documentation and records.
  • Administer Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
  • Process drawings, documents and transmittals.
  • Support project teams with document control processes and best practice.
  • Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure document compliance.
  • Conduct document audits and maintain accurate project records.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a Document Controller role.
  • Experience using EDMS platforms.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience within engineering, utilities, construction, infrastructure or energy projects would be advantageous.
