Job Description Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor – M&E Location: Maidenhead Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid Roles available: Commercial Manager, Quantity Surveyors (all levels). We’re are recruiting for multiple commercial roles for our client in specialising in Energy Centres / Data Centres. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects, working closely with project sales and project delivery teams Review and approve contract terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating risks Manage commercial correspondence to clients and stakeholders Cost control and Financial reporting Stakeholder Management Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background Experience as a Commercial Manager / Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry Knowledge of construction contracts – FIDIC and JCT Must have UK Right to Work.
