Commercial Manager – M&E
Location: London or Maidenhead
Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid
We are recruiting for an M&E Commercial Manager for our client who specialise in Power Supply Systems for mission critical infrastructures e.g. Data Centres and Energy Centres.
The role is initially for a project in Dublin, Ireland so occasional trips to project site/ Dublin office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects, working closely with project sales and project delivery teams
- Review and approve contract terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating risks
- Lead contract negotiations including subcontractor agreements, manage claims and variations
- Manage commercial correspondence to clients and stakeholders
- Cost control and Financial reporting
- Stakeholder Management – subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
- Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background
- Experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Knowledge of construction contracts – FIDIC and JCT
Competitive salary + 25% bonus + travel allowance + other company benefits
