Contract: Long term Contract – Inside IR35
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marine Coordinator to support an offshore wind developer with the planning and coordination of marine activities across its offshore wind projects.
Working closely with project, construction and operations teams, you will coordinate vessel requirements, marine logistics and contractor interfaces, ensuring offshore activities are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marine operations and vessel activities across offshore wind projects.
- Manage vessel schedules, availability and offshore logistics.
- Liaise with vessel operators, marine contractors, ports and project stakeholders.
- Support marine assurance, vessel suitability assessments and HSE compliance.
- Coordinate marine documentation, risk assessments and operational reporting.
- Identify and resolve marine operational and logistical challenges.
About You
- Proven experience in marine coordination or marine operations.
- Experience within offshore wind, offshore oil and gas or the wider maritime sector.
- Good understanding of vessel operations, offshore logistics and marine safety requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
