An organisation operating within a large-scale infrastructure environment is seeking two experienced Procurement & Commercial Managers to support a high-value project. This role requires strong expertise in supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and contract development within complex delivery programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and commercial strategy across a major equipment package
- Manage and execute negotiations with key strategic suppliers and OEMs
- Support development of pricing and contractual strategies aligned to project milestones
- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including framework agreements and full contracts
- Provide market insight and commercial positioning based on experience
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver successful procurement outcomes
Requirements
- Significant experience in procurement and commercial management within large-scale projects
- Proven track record negotiating with major OEMs or strategic suppliers
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills across the full lifecycle
- Experience delivering complex agreements within time-sensitive environments
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
Desirable
