We’re recruiting an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to support a major offshore wind project. This role is suited to a driven, safety-focused leader with strong commercial awareness and a proven track record in large-scale offshore construction.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ construction management experience on offshore projects
- Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015, including Principal Contractor responsibilities
- Excellent safety leadership, risk management, and delivery focus
- Confident communicator, able to chair and lead meetings across all levels
- SPR focal point for offshore matters on the OFCS
- GWO training and offshore medical certification (maintained for duration of role)
Desirable:
- Experience with HVDC offshore converter stations
- Emergency response and incident control knowledge
- NEBOSH qualification
Working pattern and location:
- Offshore rotation: 14 days on / 14 days off
- Onshore support as required
