We are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to support a major contractor delivering multi-million-pound construction projects, including large, high-profile sports and stadium developments based in London. This is a hands-on delivery role suited to a commercially astute estimator with a strong background in major works.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading full estimating duties on large, complex tenders
- Preparing detailed cost plans, take-offs, and tender submissions
- Interrogating drawings, specifications, and employer’s requirements
- Engaging with supply chain for pricing, value engineering, and risk review
- Supporting bid strategy, commercial assumptions, and programme alignment
- Working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and delivery teams
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator on major construction projects
- Track record working on £multi-million schemes
- Strong technical understanding within civils, structures, steel, or M&E
- Confident managing tender processes end-to-end
- Able to operate in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
