ersg are working with a leading ICP business to hire a BESS Expert. This role will see the successful candidate join a leading ICP provider, which is hiring due to growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the lead person on technical developments in the Battery industry - supporting internal and external stakeholders with technical comprehension of BESS.
- Growing the EPC/delivery function of the business by understanding the full tender process.
- Identification and selection of BESS, PCS and EMS providers.
- Ensuring delivery of projects in accordance with grid compliance.
Candidates should have a strong background within BESS (upwards of three years); additionally, any training with inverter manufacturers is a bonus. It is critical that you have experience in the delivery of EPC projects. This role is a hybrid position, with the expectation of being in the office 2-3 days per week.
