A leading contractor within the renewable energy sector is recruiting a Banksman to support plant and vehicle operations on a 40MW solar farm project local to Kidderminster, West Midlands. Working 10-hour days, you will direct plant movements, assist with safe manoeuvring and reversing, maintain exclusion zones, and ensure pedestrian safety across site. Full compliance with health and safety procedures is essential.

Candidates must hold a valid CSCS card. Any CPCS or NPORS Banksman/Vehicle Marshal qualifications are beneficial. This is a 12-month contract, likely to run for 15-18 months, operating outside IR35. Saturday working hours are 8am-1pm, for a full day paid. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
