The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

The Junior Revit Technician will support the engineering team in delivering high-quality building services engineering solutions across a range of projects and sectors. Working as part of the engineering team, the role will assist with the production of coordinated BIM models and technical outputs that support engineering design from concept through to construction. This position is designed for someone who has received some training in Revit, BIM or technical design and is looking to develop their skills further within a collaborative engineering consultancy environment. They will work closely with our BIM lead and Senior Technician to aid development and therefore we will consider Junior Revit Technicians with less software experience.

Your role:

  • BIM Modelling and Technical Production
    • Support the creation and development of 3D models of building services systems using Revit.
    • Assist in producing coordinated technical outputs including: Layout plans, Sections, Elevations, Details, Schematics.
    • Ensure models and drawings are accurate and aligned with project requirements and BIM standards.
    • Assist with maintaining and updating models throughout the design process.
  • Project Support
    • Work alongside engineers and designers to support project delivery across multiple projects.
    • Assist in coordinating models and drawings with architectural and structural design teams.
