Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to join our expanding internal IT team. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to learn new skills and grow within a supportive environment. If you are a quick learner who enjoys technology and is eager to get hands-on experience, this position is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Administrating of Microsoft 365 and other cloud services
• Providing onsite and remote user support
• Logging and administering support requests
• Running management reports
• Setting up systems and desks for users

Requirements

• 6 – 12 Months on site experience ideal but not essential
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Administration and Support
• A team player attitude
• A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn
• Ideally a Technology graduate
