ERSG are working with a leading project delivery organisation on a high-profile build, and we're looking for a hands-on M&E Finishing Lead who thrives in the final, critical phase of delivery. If you enjoy taking ownership, solving problems on site, and pushing projects through to a successful finish - this is where you make your mark. This role isn't about design meetings or early-stage planning. It's about being at the sharp end, getting systems commissioned, issues resolved, and the project handed over to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of building services through to completion and handover
- Driving progress on site, ensuring nothing slips as deadlines approach
- Leading commissioning, testing, and system integration activities
- Managing subcontractors and specialists to maintain momentum
- Closing out snagging, defects, and final quality checks
- Ensuring all handover documentation and certification is completed right first time
You’ll be the person who turns "nearly there" into "job done."
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience seeing projects through to Practical Completion
- Strong M&E / Building Services background (electrical bias welcomed)
- Comfortable leading teams and subcontractors in a live site environment
- Hands-on involvement in commissioning, QA, and finishing stages
- Must have UK working rights. This role does not provide sponsorship
If you’re a delivery-focused M&E professional who takes pride in finishing projects properly - we want to hear from you.
