We are currently supporting a major offshore oil & gas project in the Black Sea and are looking for an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join the team on a rotational basis. This role will act as the key HSE focal point offshore, ensuring all operations are carried out in line with company procedures, international standards, and local regulations while driving a strong safety culture across the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support all offshore HSE activities
- Ensure compliance with HSE management systems and ISO standards
- Conduct risk assessments (TRA, HAZID) and support SIMOPS
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) system implementation
- Lead incident investigations and reporting
- Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
- Support emergency response planning and drills
Requirements:
- 10+ years Oil & Gas HSE experience
- Strong offshore experience (drilling, construction, or installation)
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
- BOSIET / FOET and valid offshore medical
- Experience with PTW, SIMOPS, and incident investigation
- Previous experience in the Black Sea or similar offshore environments is highly advantageous.
