An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take a commercial lead role on high-profile Transmission & Distribution projects in and around Glasgow. This is not a back-office QS role. This is a chance to sit at the heart of delivery — driving cost, value, risk and commercial performance across complex power infrastructure works.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading cost and value management across live projects
- Owning CVRs, forecasting, reporting and client valuations
- Managing change, compensation events and commercial risk
- Driving cash flow, subcontract management and final accounts
- Supporting project teams with strong commercial governance
- Mentoring junior commercial staff and raising performance standards
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Senior QS experience in infrastructure, power, utilities or heavy civils
- Strong NEC3 / NEC4 contract administration background
- Commercially astute, confident and delivery-focused
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Degree/HND qualified (chartered or working towards preferred)
- Power T&D experience highly desirable
