ersg are working with a major investor/developer of Utility-Scale BESS projects across the UK to recruit a Quantity Surveyor. As Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal part in the delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
Core responsibilities include:
- Commercial management
- Contract Administration
- Cost Control - Reviewing/Challenging BoP etc.
Candidates should possess:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) is desirable.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in quantity surveying.
- Experience in renewable energy, utilities, power, substations, or BESS projects.
