An organisation operating within a large-scale infrastructure environment is seeking two experienced Procurement & Commercial Managers to support a high-value project. This role requires strong expertise in supplier negotiations, commercial strategy, and contract development within complex delivery programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement and commercial strategy across a major equipment package
  • Manage and execute negotiations with key strategic suppliers and OEMs
  • Support development of pricing and contractual strategies aligned to project milestones
  • Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including framework agreements and full contracts
  • Provide market insight and commercial positioning based on experience
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver successful procurement outcomes

Requirements

  • Significant experience in procurement and commercial management within large-scale projects
  • Proven track record negotiating with major OEMs or strategic suppliers
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills across the full lifecycle
  • Experience delivering complex agreements within time-sensitive environments
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
