Implement and maintain EHS management systems across all project phases. Ensure compliance with the company's Safety Management System and relevant statutory EHS legislation. Coordinate the development of method statements, risk assessments, safe plans of action, and permits to work. Monitor and report on project safety indicators and ensure good safety practices are upheld. Conduct ongoing COSHH assessments and manage hazardous substances. Perform regular site audits and inspections, documenting findings and driving corrective actions. Provide EHS input at site meetings and forums, identifying risks and recommending improvements. Advise management, safety representatives, and employees on EHS matters. Maintain records of statutory inspections for tools, plant, and project activities. Coordinate site inductions, training, and ensure PPE availability. Organise and lead toolbox talks and assist in accident investigations and reporting.
