This role is designed for someone who enjoys building markets, opening new client relationships, and converting opportunity into sustained commercial success. You will sit at the centre of commercial activity — shaping the sales pipeline, strengthening strategic partnerships, and working closely with operational teams to bring renewable-focused solutions to market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business across offshore and renewable energy markets
- Building and managing a strong, sustainable commercial pipeline
- Establishing and deepening relationships with clients, developers, and supply chain partners
- Supporting the development of bids, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Working closely with operations to ensure a smooth transition from contract award into delivery
- Tracking commercial performance across an international asset and services portfolio

- Highly organised, with solid Microsoft Office skills
