We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to support the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. These projects are at various stages of development, including execution, mobilisation and Final Investment Decision (FID), providing an excellent opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle.

Working within a multi-project environment, you will take ownership of document control processes and ensure all project documentation is managed, maintained and distributed effectively through Aconex.

  • Set up and administer project document control systems in Aconex.
  • Maintain project document registers and reporting.
  • Support project teams, contractors and stakeholders with document management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company and project procedures.
  • Manage project records through mobilisation, execution and close-out phases.

Proven Document Controller experience on engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure or utilities projects.

  • Experience managing documentation throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Previous BESS project experience.
  • Electrical utilities, power generation or renewable energy background.

Contract Details:

  • 12-month rolling contract.
  • Start ASAP (up to 4 weeks' notice considered).
  • Hybrid working arrangement (3 days from home, 2 days site/office-based).
