We're looking for a Digital Information / BIM Coordinator to support a major infrastructure programme in Scotland. This is a data and information-focused BIM role, rather than a traditional 3D modelling position. You'll be responsible for supporting project information management, data quality, reporting and the effective use of Common Data Environments across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and management of project Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Coordinate and validate project information received from delivery partners.
- Review MIDPs, naming conventions, metadata and information quality.
- Ensure project teams follow agreed information management processes and standards.
- Support compliance with ISO 19650 and UK BIM Framework principles.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and data analysis.
- Work closely with internal teams, contractors and supply chain partners.
- Provide guidance and support on information management processes and systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and project workflows.
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong Excel skills, including large datasets, validation, analysis and reporting.
- Experience using Power BI for dashboards and data visualisation.
- Experience with data management, data quality or information assurance.
- Understanding of BIM, ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments.
- Experience reviewing structured project or asset information.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Morta would be highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Autodesk Forma / Autodesk Construction Cloud would be beneficial.
- Experience with Python, Power Query, C# or other automation tools would be advantageous.

This role is not primarily focused on 3D modelling or design authoring. We're looking for someone with a strong data, reporting, information management and quality assurance background who can help manage information across a complex project portfolio.
