Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer β Renewable Energy
Location: Remote (UK-wide travel) | Full-time
Join a growing renewable energy team as an Electrical Design Engineer. You\\\βll conduct site surveys, assess electrical systems, and produce detailed reports for solar PV installations β all while working independently with nationwide travel.
Responsibilities
- Survey electrical systems for solar PV suitability.
- Identify defects and report potential issues.
- Produce clear, professional survey reports with bills of quantities & scope of works.
- Coordinate with the technical team and manage your own survey schedule.
- Travel to project sites using a company vehicle.
What We\\\βre Looking For
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations.
- Experience with solar PV installations (commercial experience a plus).
- Excellent IT, reporting, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Full UK driving license, over 25 years old.
