Commercial Manager – M&E

Location: London

Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid

We are recruiting for an M&E Commercial Manager for our client who specialise in Power Supply Systems for mission critical infrastructures e.g. Data Centres and Energy Centres.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage commercial aspects of projects, working closely with project sales and project delivery teams
  • Review and approve contract terms and conditions, identifying and mitigating risks
  • Lead contract negotiations including subcontractor agreements, manage claims and variations
  • Manage commercial correspondence to clients and stakeholders
  • Cost control and Financial reporting
  • Stakeholder Management – subcontractors, clients, consultants etc.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Mechanical and Electrical M&E contracting background
  • Experience as a Commercial Manager on major infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of construction contracts – FIDIC and JCT

Competitive salary + 25% bonus + travel allowance + other company benefits

Must have Right to Work in UK.
