We are seeking a technically competent Civil Design Coordinator to support the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The role requires a strong technical understanding of civil, structural and geotechnical engineering, with responsibility for coordinating site design, managing technical queries and liaising with design consultants, contractors and site teams. This is a technical coordination role and does not involve undertaking design work. Key Responsibilities Coordinate civil, structural and geotechnical design interfaces for BESS project sites. Manage and track technical queries, RFIs and requests for design clarification, ensuring timely responses from the relevant design consultants. Coordinate site design information relating to foundations, ground conditions, earthworks, drainage, access roads, equipment bases and other associated infrastructure. Liaise with site teams and contractors to resolve construction-related technical issues. Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical reports to identify discrepancies and potential design clashes. Monitor design deliverables, outstanding actions and technical dependencies that may affect site progress. Ensure site teams have access to current, approved design documentation.
