ERSG is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our Operations team in Bromley. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality administrative support across a dynamic business. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as being a fast learner. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, with excellent organisational skills, a proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Previous experience in an office environment, ideally in a contractor payroll/finance role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of timesheet & expense information from various sources.
- Ensuring our contractors are paid accurately and in accordance with our weekly & monthly payment schedules.
- Processing of UK & International payments.
- Weekly & Monthly contractor payroll reconciliations.
- Uploading and reconciliation of payroll data to our Finance system.
- Verify timekeeping records to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Support other operational initiatives and special projects as required.
- Internal collaboration to ensure any queries are resolved in a timely manner.
About you:
- Prior Payroll/Finance experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite - especially Excel.
- RSM In-Time, Bullhorn & Sage experience would be preferred.
- A problem-solving mindset supporting the team to deliver exceptional service delivery focused on continuous improvement in a demanding environment.
- Highly meticulous with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Able to perform well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
This role is mostly office based, with the option to work 1 day from home upon completion of training.
