Tender Coordinator
Location: United Kingdom
Work pattern: Permanent, Full-time, Remote
We’re looking for a Tender Coordinator to join our client providing services for the Offshore/Subsea sector, working on major Renewable Energy projects.
Must have UK Right to Work
Responsibilities
- Arrange and host kick-off and tender review meetings
- Receive ITT documents, identify deliverables and commercial risks
- Liaise with relevant departments to collate information and write proposal documentation
- Produce high-quality tender submissions and review documentation for the full tender life-cycle
- Coordinate cost models with the relevant departments, ensuring consistency
- Assisting is efficient handover of tenders to execution
- Be responsible for tender deadlines – manage cross departmental teams to ensure all deadlines are met
Requirements
- Experience/ interest in Renewable energy or Marine industry
- Experience of working with high value tenders
- Can occasionally travel to HQ.
