ersg are searching for an Assistant Site Manager to deliver a Utility-Scale Solar Farm in the Midland of Ireland.

Upon joining, our client will provide training and development on an existing project before providing the scope to act as Site Manager on another site, which will go live at the beginning of 2027.

Applicants will be responsible for;

Ensuring the smooth running of the site, in accordance with SHEQ principals.

Managing subcontractors, engineers and suppliers to ensure delivery of project.

Managing site progress and resolving challenges to site delivery.

Ensure site records are managed appropriately.

Being proactive in ensuring stock levels are controlled.

Supporting handover to the end-client.

This role will be site-based (five days per week).

Applicants MUST have experience of acting as an EPC Contractor within the Irish market.

Also, experience in delivering Utility-Scale Solar/PV projects is essential to ensure the success of the project.

Applicants with a degree in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.

Salary is €60,000-€70,000 + bonus + benefits.

You MUST be eligble to work in Ireland, and have a valid drivers license.
