Set up in 2008, ersg is an award winning, international leader in staffing services to the global energy and built environment markets. We work with major international companies through to smaller independent businesses to enable their projects to be facilitated effectively throughout the entire project life cycle. Whilst headquartered in London, our global business has over 200 staff with offices across Europe, North America and Asia.

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with your key Account Client(s)
  • Visit Account Client(s) to build positive relationships with them and to determine upcoming projects and hires
  • Contract negotiations and labour pricing
  • Advertise vacancies and use social media, LinkedIn, database etc to find candidates
  • Receive and review applications, manage interviews and create a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Be the single point of contact for the client
  • Daily management of site personnel
  • Organising accommodation, travel and logistics for site-based personnel joining the project and work on mobilisation plans and manning plans with the client
  • Deal with any issues on site and with personnel that fall into our remit
  • Sort out any problems the client has with personnel
  • Delivery of temporary personnel
  • Keep up to date with industry developments to ensure competency in the role

About you:

  • Motivated and driven to prove yourself as a key player and provide the best service for candidates and clients
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Tenacious and resilient, not easily phased by setbacks and comfortable in high pressure situations
  • Strong communication skills
  • A-Level, or degree qualified (desirable)
  • Proven fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Sales and reward motivated
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
